Abductee

For a directorial debut, I am impressed with the results. I look forward to seeing more from Will Hopp.

one word says it all "WOW"

This will be the 2nd time I have watched this film, and it still holds up. The dynamic between the characters is amazing. The storyline is your typical alien abduction movie but with a twist. Hands down, this film deserves every bit of recognition it can. Wow. Standing ovation over here.

Wow. Every nuance of the abduction experience you could possibly imagine is captured here. Totally did not expect that ending! This movie is going to live in my head for a long time. It’s just that good and disturbing and haunting and chilling. Again, I say, wow.

Amazing insight into waking paralysis and the root cause.

"Abductee" is a chilling and gripping film that blends the familiar yet surreal moments just before or after waking with the unsettling notion of otherworldly influence. It is a highly impressive debut that lingers in your mind.

This gripping and suspenseful thriller keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. It has a strong narrative and well-crafted characters that create an immersive experience. I was captivated throughout. "Abductee" is a must-watch for fans of the genre.

I'll say up front that this genre is not usually my cuppa - but this is my second time watching this movie, and it's as haunting now as it was when I first watched it. Dusty Sorg gave a solid performance as Drew, but Virginia Newcomb as Laurie *made* the movie for me. This is an impressive debut film, and I look forward to more from this very talented director.
